Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Cancer Care Delivery

(C) Management Inc. serves 22 clients which represent cancer programs and practices across the United States that are committed to advancing the delivery of—and equitable access to—high-quality, affordable cancer care. CMI stands with its clients, their members, and the entire oncology community in prioritizing equity, diversity, and inclusion in quality cancer care delivery and within the oncology workforce regardless of education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, veteran’s status, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation and beliefs.  CMI’s primary client, the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC), has made a commitment to inform all educational programming and advocacy efforts through a health equity lens; advocate for equitable access to cancer clinical trials; ensure that its leadership, volunteer, and staff represent a variety of backgrounds and perspectives; and incorporate equity, diversity, and inclusion in its Strategic Plan so it continues to serve as a core value of the organization.
