Christian G. Downs, JD, MHA, is president and Chief Executive Officer of (c) Management, Inc. He brings more than 15 years of association management expertise, guiding associations in their work on national policy and educational programming. Christian has been instrumental in working with healthcare providers, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Congress on association–specific issues.
Christian led ACCC efforts on such critical issues as easing implementation of new regulations, ensuring patient access to new cancer therapies, and refining physician office payments for delivery of services. He has worked in the public policy department of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) on physician office and billing and coding issues. Christian has previously administered a large tertiary care hospital, managed a physician multispecialty practice, and worked for the Education and Health Committee of the Virginia State Senate.
Christian received his MA in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia and his law degree from George Mason University with a special focus on regulatory and administrative law. He is a board member of the Patient Advocate Foundation and C–Change, a large coordinating organization for cancer groups.

Lois Utterback, CPA, is Vice President of (c) Management, Inc., and is Director of Finance at ACCC. Lois has been with the company for 30+ years, and in addition to being one of the principal owners of the company, leads up the accounting and HR departments. Lois received her BS from the University of Maryland and is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland. She is a huge Washington Nationals fan and loves spending time with her Siberian Huskies.

Amanda Kramar is Assistant Vice President at (c) Management, Inc. In conjunction with members of the business development team, Amanda develops new and innovative ideas for education programs and develops collaborative relationships with partners and funders to secure educational grants to support these programs. Amanda and her team are also responsible for directing the development and implementation of all funded projects, ensuring that deliverables exceed quality, content, budget, and timeline expectations.
Amanda has 10 years of experience in the medical education field, managing project portfolios from proposal and budget development through reconciliation. Prior to joining CMI, Ms. Kramar worked at the American College of Cardiology Foundation, leading its grants team and managing a portfolio of educational products as well as relationships with a variety of strategic industry and association partners.

Mike Andrews is Senior Director of Corporate Relations at ACCC, where he serves as the primary liaison between ACCC and its Industry Advisory Council, Emerging Companies Council, and Technical Advisory Council. He manages all corporate member relationships.

Dr. Leigh Boehmer, PharmD, BCOP, is the Medical Director for the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC). In this role, he’s responsible for assessing educational needs and designing interventions for multidisciplinary cancer care teams serving patients in the community. He also serves as a liaison with external stakeholders, including patient advocacy organizations, policy experts, and governmental agencies, to advance the objectives of ACCC membership and projects.
An alumnus of the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, Dr. Boehmer completed PGY1 and PGY2 oncology residencies at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has served as an assistant professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and as an inpatient medical oncology clinical pharmacy specialist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to his position with ACCC, he served as Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at a community cancer program in North Central Iowa.
Marianne Gandee, MA, is Director of Development and Strategic Alliances at ACCC. Ms. Gandee graduated from Mary Washington University with a BS in Psychology and earned her MA in Communication at Johns Hopkins University. She serves as a primary liaison for ACCC’s engagement with medical professional organizations, advocacy groups, pharmaceutical companies, and leaders in oncology. Since joining ACCC, Marianne has worked to create and sustain partnerships and attract funding for initiatives that support the education and advocacy goals of ACCC’s multidisciplinary membership. When she is not busy making waves in oncology, she can be found shredding the gnar on her kiteboard or doing demo/reno work on houses in Washington, DC.
Neil Gottlieb, MBA, is Chief Development Officer at (c) Management, Inc. Neil is an award-winning and globally recognized leader in the healthcare industry with more than 26 years of diverse business experience in pharmaceutical sales, training, and development; multiple US and global leadership positions; and digital health marketing agency experience in business development and strategy. In addition, Neil has led non-profit development teams with the sole purpose of raising funds to bring amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) treatments into clinical trials. Neil received his BS and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Arizona.
Judy Ebmeier is the Director of Development, Educational Initiatives for the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC). Ms. Ebmeier has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is responsible for ACCC’s multi-year initiatives that address educational gaps within multidisciplinary cancer care teams; as well as acquiring funding for these programs. Areas of focus include the ACCC Institute for Immuno-Oncology (IO Institute); Financial Advocacy Network (FAN); and Oncology Pharmacy Education Network (OPEN); and other areas of interest from our membership; to ensure our focus remains on the ever-changing cancer care landscape.
Judy has worked extensively both domestically and internationally in business development and operations roles; providing educational services to the pharmaceutical sector focused on both live meetings and events, as well as in the multi-channel, digital education space. Her experience spans both start up organizations and fortune 100 companies.
Judy received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
Victoria Aragon is Accounting Assistant at (c) Management, Inc., where she processes the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for 19 oncology state society clients. She also assists with membership electronic payment processing and provides reconciliation of accounting data to project managers for ACCC, CMI’s largest client. In her free time, Victoria assists her church with event decoration and performs community service in Guatemala.
Lu Anne Bankert, CAE, is Administrator at OSSN, where she manages the operations for six oncology state societies. She holds the Certified Association Executive credential and brings more than 20 years of association management experience to this role. Lu Anne enjoys the beach, cooking, and spending time with her nine grandchildren.

Alex Baryshev is Web Editor at ACCC. His responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting the websites for CMI, ACCC, and other clients. A professionally trained linguist, Alex is also a certified web designer. In his free time, Alex rides his bicycle or explores places far and near.
Erica Bellavia, CMP, is Meeting Planner at ACCC, where she organizes meeting logistics for both ACCC and the Oncology State Society Network. She moved to the Washington, DC metropolitan area from Ohio shortly after receiving her degree in Marketing from Penn State University. Erica enjoys action movies, Pittsburgh professional sports, cooking, and spending lots of time with her amazing golden retriever.
Blair Burnett is Senior Policy Analyst at ACCC, where she is responsible for analyzing federal regulations and coverage decisions relevant to ACCC membership. She is the Project Lead for the Oncology Care Model Collaborative, supporting participating OCM practices in their transition to value-based care. Blair's areas of focus include the Oncology Care Model, MACRA, and broader implementation efforts surrounding value-based care. In her free time, Blair enjoys traveling across the country to find the best food and music around.
Hira Chowdhary, MPH, MS, is Project Manager at ACCC, where she collaborates with multidisciplinary cancer care professionals from across the country to create educational resources that support patient health. She has an MPH in Community-Oriented Primary Care from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University. Hira enjoys music, fresh squeezed juices, and sunshine.

Sara Elaine Daniels, M.Acc, is Senior Accountant at (c) Management, Inc., where she maintains client financial data and is responsible for financial reporting, IRS form reporting, and audit reporting. She received both her BS in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Sara has been with CMI since June 2012 and previously worked as an auditor for Deloitte. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her new husband, two cats, and a bird.
Monique Dawkins, EdD, is Assistant Director of Education Programs at ACCC, where she develops, implements, and disseminates educational programs and initiatives for multidisciplinary care practitioners. She has a BS in Health Management from Howard University, an MPA from Pace University, and a Doctorate of Education from Columbia University. Monique is a doting wife and mother to two young children, and she loves to travel the globe with her family in her spare time.
Nellie Dickens, CMP, is Manager, Meetings at ACCC, where she is responsible for logistics for all ACCC meetings and oversees the team that produces meetings for all of OSSN's state society clients. She received her BA in Ancient Studies from Barnard College at Columbia University and has held her Certified Meeting Planner designation since 2010. Nellie lives in Silver Spring with her husband, two young children, and an English bulldog named Tater.
Nicole Dreabit is a Senior Account Executive at (c) Management, Inc., where she directs the educational programming initiatives and administrative operations for eight oncology state societies. She has 15 years of executive client management experience in the private and non-profit sectors and holds a BS in Public Relations from the Boston University College of Communication. She is currently pursuing her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in association management. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys taking dance classes, playing softball, and spending time with her friends, family, and two adorable cats.
Emma Ferraiuolo is Marketing Coordinator at ACCC, where she puts together exhibits for ACCC at external conferences, formats email newsletters, and provides accurate target lists. She previously held the position of Meetings Associate with ACCC, where she provided support to the Meetings Department. During her free time, Emma plays the ukulele and viola, practically lives at the pool, and has two pet hermit crabs named Pinchy and Mr. Crabs.
Michele Foerst is Digital Strategy Manager at ACCC. She has a BS in Biological Science from University of Maryland, College Park, and an Master of Forensic Science from George Washington University. Michele has been building online experiences for nearly two decades in the higher education and non-profit sectors. In her spare time, Michele enjoys the three C's: cats, crafts, and consistent alliteration.
Barbara Gabriel has spent more than 20 years writing for and editing a variety of nonprofit and for-profit print and electronic publications, including journals, magazines, newsletters, blogs, research reports, and books. Her experience in the nonprofit sector includes managing and enhancing the publications of membership-based associations. In the private sector, she has focused on corporate messaging with targeted online media. Barbara specializes in covering how healthcare in America is practiced, delivered, and paid for. As the senior writer/editor at ACCC, Barbara writes for and edits blog posts, journal articles, and education materials.
Originally from Baltimore, Barbara lives in Crofton with her husband, son, three cats, and two birds. In her free time, you can find her either debating politics or fussing over her (considerable) fashion doll collection.
Lori Gardner is Senior Director, Membership and Public Relations for ACCC, where her areas of responsibility include marketing client programs and resources, creating and disseminating all client member communications both print and digital, and the planning and implementation of strategies to ensure membership growth and increased engagement for all clients. She has been with CMI for more than 12 years. In her free time, Lori has turned her passion for dining out into a DC restaurant review blog.

Monique grew up in Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude from Shippensburg University. Monique lived in Tokyo for five years before moving to the Washington, DC. metropolitan area. She spends most weekends sailing and motoring in the Chesapeake Bay.

Elana Plotkin, CMP-HC, is Senior Project Manager, Provider Education at ACCC and OSSN, where she works on a variety of multidisciplinary education initiatives featuring quality improvement and peer to peer learning for the memberships. Her portfolio includes health literacy, geriatric oncology, value-based care, oral oncolytics, molecular testing, metastatic breast cancer, and various supportive care programs. In her free time, Elana coaches for a youth lacrosse league, travels the world, and cheers on her alma mater, the Florida Gators.
Janelle Schrag, MPH, is Project Manager, Provider Education at ACCC, where she leads various multidisciplinary education initiatives related to immunotherapy, precision medicine, and quality improvement. She holds BS in Biology from Northwest University in Washington State and an MPH from King’s College London. Outside of work, Janelle is an avid knitter, seasoned glamper, and “the cool aunt” to her niece and twin nephews.
Latha Shivakumar is Director of Clinical Education Development at ACCC, where she is responsible for identifying educational needs among ACCC members and developing innovative clinical educational programs to address these needs. She has a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and is a Certified Healthcare CPD Professional. She has 13 years of experience in the continuing medical education field.
Betsy Spruill is Leadership Relations Manager at ACCC and Board Relations Associate for (c) Management, Inc., where she works closely with board members, committee chairs, and senior staff and serves as a key resource for engaging volunteer leadership, supporting organizational infrastructure, and managing annual elections and nominations processes. Betsy received her BA in Integrative Studio Art with a concentration in Photo-based Media from the University of Alabama. In her spare time, Betsy enjoys knitting, crafting, training her pup, and photography.

In a former life, Lisa's passion for food and wine led her to the "other CIA" (the Culinary Institute of America), where she graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry, and worked in several top-rated restaurants in Manhattan and Washington, D.C.
Cindy Tracy is Administrative Assistant, Meetings at (c) Management, Inc., where she provides meetings and administrative support for both ACCC and OSSN. She has a BS from the University of South Carolina and previously worked in the biotech field for Human Genome Sciences, Inc.
