With more than 40 years of experience in national and state healthcare advocacy and policy, CMI is positioned to provide exceptional support to clients. Over the years, CMI has facilitated meetings and dialogue between client leadership and key staff at such organizations as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the National Cancer Institute, and Congress. CMI clients advocate for practical policy under three domains: reimbursement/economics, workforce, and cancer care delivery.
I trained as a lawyer and a health care administrator before finding my real passion serving CMI’s clients.
Trained as an attorney, I have held a range of health policy and government affairs positions in the public, non-profit, and private sectors in the U.S. and internationally. Many of my past positions have enabled me to promote access to health care services and coverage and drive policy change on behalf of a range of stakeholders.
