CMI offers robust program management services focused on coordinated delivery of the entire education program life cycle and phases. The CMI team provides full-service program leadership by applying strong project management principles to execute successful program charters, scopes, project plans, budgets and deliverables associated with a dynamic and diverse education portfolio. Each program has a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to serve as central point person and provide clear communications on the direction and status of all programs to involved stakeholders.
